SDP presidential candidate, Warri monarch hold closed-door meeting

Prince Adewole Adebayo, the presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party, met with the Olu of Warri, His Majesty Ogiame Atuwatse III, behind closed doors on Tuesday.

According to sources, the meeting took place inside the monarch’s private residence in Warri, Delta State.

According to reports, Prince Adebayo, an international lawyer and owner of KAFTAN TV, paid the visit as part of his ongoing consultations to pursue his presidential ambition.

When the SDP presidential candidate arrived at the private residence of Atuwatse III, who recently celebrated his one-year anniversary on the throne, he was led to see the monarch by Prince Yemi Emiko, a member of the royal family.

According to our source, the SDP presidential candidate met with Atuwatse III behind closed doors shortly after exchanging pleasantries and taking photos with the traditional ruler.

Details of the closed-door meeting could not be determined at the time of filing this report, but insiders believe it is related to the 2023 general election.

Some members of the SDP presidential candidate’s campaign organization, led by Mr. Godwin Osigbeme, and the party’s Delta State governorship candidate, Chief Kenneth Gbagi, were in his entourage.
