Buhari approves appointment of new perm secs
The Presidency stated on Wednesday, through the Office of the Federation's Head of Civil Service, that the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd. ), has authorised the appointment of six new federal permanent secretaries in the Federal Civil Service.
The announcement was made by the OHCSF's director, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan, who stated that the appointments were made based on competence.
The following permanent secretaries have been named, along with their states of origin: Mahmud Adam Kambari of Borno State, Esuabana Nko Asanye of Cross River State, and Lamuwa Adamu Ibrahim of Gombe State.
Others are Kano State's Yakubu Adam Kofar-Mata, Ogun State's Oloruntola Olufemi Michael, and Taraba State's Richard P. Pheelangwah.
