INEC lists 436 polling units for mock accreditation

The Independent National Electoral Commission announced on Saturday the 436 polling units across the country where it will hold a mock accreditation exercise on February 4.

The exercise is intended to test the functionality of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System in advance of the general election in 2023.

On the equality of the country's 109 senatorial districts, the 436 polling units were distributed across 12 polling units in each Federation state and four in the Federal Capital Territory.

The list of the 436 polling places is available on the Commission's website.

However, the deadline for collecting Permanent Voter Cards at INEC's local government offices has been extended from January 29 to February 5, 2023.
