British Airways unveils renovated lounge at Lagos airport

After a six-month renovation, British Airways has reopened its lounge at Lagos International Airport. This was confirmed in a statement issued by British Airways on Friday. According to the airline, the facility was smartly constructed to provide customers more room to enjoy an improved food and beverage experience. Customers can relax, dine, or work in a luxurious setting. It added that the renovated facility, which is intended to give an improved dining, relaxation, and working experience, measures 360 square metres and has zones targeted to certain consumer needs.

Customers traveling in First Class will also be served champagne and canapes, according to the statement. Calum Laming, British Airways' Chief Customer Officer, stated, "We are committed to investing in the entire customer journey, not just on board. For many of our clients, lounges are a vital aspect of their experience, and the redesign of our Lagos lounge is a key component of our global transformation strategy.
