Chukwueze sets his sights on scoring additional goals for AC Milan following the end of his goal dro
Samuel Chukwueze affirms his commitment to continually strive for a greater positive influence at Serie A club, AC Milan.
Chukwueze marked a significant milestone by netting his debut league goal in AC Milan's 3-1 victory against Hellas Verona on Sunday.
Entering the match as a substitute for Noah Okafor, the Nigerian international volleyed the ball into the net from inside the box just three minutes after his introduction.
Since his arrival in Italy from Spanish club Villarreal last summer, the winger has faced challenges in adapting to his new environment.
Chukwueze acknowledged the difficulties he has encountered but remains resolute in his determination to turn the situation around.
"These initial months have presented their challenges, but I am committed to putting in the effort to improve. I have faith in the coach and his vision for my role within the team, so I must remain focused and persevere with hard work," he stated, as quoted by DAZN.
The 24-year-old has appeared in 17 league matches for the Rooseneri.
