Two Americans kidnapped on ‘tummy tuck’ trip found dead

The four Americans kidnapped in Matamoros, Latavia "Tay" McGee, Shaeed Woodard, Zindell Brown, and Eric James Williams, have reportedly been found. Two people were killed, one was injured, and the fourth was unharmed.

The news broke just hours after the Americans were identified as a group of friends who traveled to Mexico to have one of them undergo a tummy tuck procedure, according to the Independent.

On Friday, they crossed the US border into Mexico in a white minivan with North Carolina license plates.

They were bundled into the back of a pickup truck shortly after entering Matamoros and came under fire from a group of armed men.

During their abduction, a social media video appears to show the four friends being loaded into a pickup truck, with many of them being dragged limply into the vehicle.
