Royal Antwerp commemorates the achievement of Alhassan Yusuf as a 'centurion
The champions of the Belgian Pro League, Royal Antwerp, marked the occasion as Alhassan Yusuf reached his 100th appearance for the club. Yusuf commenced the game for Antwerp in their 2-2 draw against KAA Gent on Sunday, showcasing his talent for 79 minutes in the exhilarating match.
"Centurion! Alhassan Yusuf reaches 100 appearances for RAFC," states a brief message on the club's official social media handle.
The 23-year-old midfielder, who joined the Reds from Swedish club IFK Goteborg in 2021, played a pivotal role in helping Antwerp secure the Belgian Pro League and Belgian Cup titles last season.
Additionally, Yusuf contributed to Nigeria's success, being part of the silver-winning squad at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
