Senator Advocates Increased Backing for Tinubu

Senator Olamilekan Adeola, who represents Ogun West and serves as the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, has called on the residents of Ogun State to maintain their support for President Bola Tinubu's administration. He assured that the administration is dedicated to alleviating the current challenges faced by Nigerians and promised better days ahead.

In a display of goodwill during the Christmas season, Senator Yayi generously contributed over N50 million and 50 bags of rice to constituents in his Senatorial district, encompassing five local governments. Each of the 59 wards in the Senatorial district received N500,000 and 10 bags of rice for Christmas celebrations.

Furthermore, various sub-groups, including the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), the League of Imams, Traditional Rulers, Baales, and others, received donations of cash, rice, cows, and hampers from the Senator.

In a statement sent to journalists on Monday, Senator Adeola expressed that his intention behind this gesture was to ensure that everyone can have a memorable Christmas, even in the face of the challenging times the nation is currently experiencing.

He remarked, "Throughout my more than 20 years in politics and public service as a legislator, it brings me great joy to extend support to my constituents in diverse ways, ensuring they can partake in the festivities each year.

"This aligns with my commitment to effectively represent my people, and, God willing, this will persist in the years to come."

"As I've consistently emphasized and committed, my constituents can anticipate brighter days in the coming years. My vision of transforming our Senatorial district into a 'small London' is not merely a jest but an earnest ambition that I am diligently pursuing alongside like-minded individuals.

"President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration is similarly making every effort to address the challenges our nation faces through the 'Renewed Hope Agenda."
