Tragedy strikes as a fire engulfs an IDP camp in Borno, resulting in the loss of children's lives
A fire incident at the Muna Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camp in Borno State has tragically claimed the lives of at least two children. Although details of the incident remain unclear, it was reported by Channels TV to have occurred on Tuesday. As of now, there has been no official statement or comments from the Borno State Police Command or the state government regarding the incident.
Efforts to reach the Police Public Relations Officer of the Borno Command, SP Suleiman Nguroje, were unsuccessful at the time of filing this report.
