NECO has been compelled to postpone the 2024 entrance examinations due to low enrollment

The National Examinations Council has announced the rescheduling of the 2024 National Common Entrance Examination into Federal Unity Colleges and the entrance examination into the Federal Government Academy, Suleja.

The acting Director of Information and Digital Communication at the council, the common entrance examination, initially slated for April 20, 2024, will now take place on June 1, 2024. Similarly, the entrance examination for Gifted and Talented Children into Federal Government Academy, Suleja, which was previously scheduled for May 4, 2024, has been rescheduled to May 25, 2024.

The decision to reschedule these examinations was made due to low enrollment of candidates. Sani urged candidates, parents, guardians, schools, and relevant stakeholders to take note of the new dates.

"All candidates, parents, guardians, schools, and relevant stakeholders are therefore urged to take note of the new dates for the examinations," the statement concluded.
