GTBank to close branches early nationwide on June 30
Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd. has informed that all its branches throughout Nigeria will close earlier than typical on Monday, June 30, 2025, to facilitate its planned half-year audit activities.The bank communicated the temporary change in operating hours via an email notification sent to customers on Saturday.
“Please be advised that our branches nationwide will close early on Monday, June 30, 2025, for our half-year audit,” the statement indicated.
GTBank also specified that the closure times will differ by location. Branches located outside Lagos will close by 2:00 p.m., while those within Lagos will close at 3:00 p.m.
The bank encouraged customers to utilize its digital banking services to perform transactions during this early closure period. It reassured clients that regular operations will resume on Tuesday, July 1, during standard business hours.
GTBank thanked its customers for their understanding and ongoing support throughout the audit process.
