A robbery suspect assaulted a pregnant woman in Abuja with a wheel spanner
The Nigerian Police have captured the leader of a "one chance" robbery gang in Abuja who assaulted a pregnant woman, resulting in the loss of her pregnancy. The Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, announced this on his social media account on Sunday.
Adejobi stated, "This individual is the ringleader of a one-chance robbery gang operating in Abuja. He viciously assaulted a pregnant woman, a victim of their scheme, using a wheel spanner, which tragically led to her miscarriage. It's an act of sheer cruelty, especially considering the woman's long wait for a child spanning over eight years. He's currently undergoing trial in court and has been arrested for the same offense once again."
