Manchester United defeated West Ham United 1-0 at Old Trafford on Sunday, thanks to a goal by Marcus Rashford in the 38th minute.
The Red Devils won the game thanks to Rashford’s single goal, moving them up to fifth place in the Premier League table with 23 points, while Chelsea drops to sixth.
Rashford’s milestone goal is his 100th for the Reds.
Rashford, who made his United debut at the age of 17, was assisted by Christian Eriksen to score the game-winning goal.
The Hammers have dropped to 13th place with 14 points after suffering seven losses this season.
Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea also made three outstanding saves, preventing the Hammers from stealing a point.
