Darren Bent claims that Jorginho and Kovacic outshine two Chelsea stars
Darren Bent, a former Tottenham Hotspur star, has proposed that Manchester City's Mateo Kovacic and Arsenal's Jorginho surpass Chelsea's Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez. He made these remarks while discussing Chelsea's recent Carabao Cup final loss to Liverpool on talkSPORT.
Bent expressed, "They are not inferior players as Liverpool also expressed interest in acquiring the same players."
"If you're a Chelsea fan and observed yesterday's match, I understand there were desires to see Jorginho leave, but he would have performed much better in that scenario than Caicedo.
"What Jorginho excels at is controlling the tempo of the game better than anyone.
"Even Mateo Kovacic, whom they allowed to move to Manchester City – you can't convince me that Kovacic and Jorginho aren't superior to Caicedo and Enzo."
