Nigerian skit creator passes away during video recording
A Nigerian skit maker known as Churchill has allegedly died while attempting a stunt for his video. A viral video, circulated today, shows the moment Churchill jumped to touch a basketball net, resulting in a fall and a head injury. Witnesses hurriedly took him to the hospital, where he unfortunately succumbed to the incident.
A woman using the Instagram handle #LadyResa disclosed that Churchill, her schoolmate at Nasarawa State University, was bedridden following the incident. She mentioned that he wore a neck collar but couldn't survive due to internal injuries. According to her, Churchill passed away last Sunday.
Friends and netizens on the online platform X continue to express their grief over the passing of the late skit maker.

Last year, Nollywood actress and skit maker Favour Daniels passed away in a boat accident. Port Harcourt skit maker, John Kennedy Kanu, also known as Bros Jay Kay, also lost his life last year in a fatal motor accident.
