Kolo Muani from Frankfurt misses training in an attempt to push for a move to PSG

French national team forward Randal Kolo Muani opted to skip his training session with Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday morning, as he persists in attempting to orchestrate a move to Paris Saint-Germain.

In an announcement made on Wednesday, the German club confirmed that the 24-year-old Kolo Muani had chosen not to participate in the training session, citing "his aspiration to be transferred to another club before the closure of the transfer window on Friday evening."

Furthermore, it was clarified that Kolo Muani would not be featuring in the Europa Conference League qualifier against Levski Sofia on Thursday, with the first leg in Bulgaria ending in a 1-1 draw, where Kolo Muani scored Frankfurt's goal.

Markus Kroesche, Frankfurt's sporting director, stated in a released statement, "We are acquainted with a different side of Randal and understand his true character," underlining that "this conduct does not impact our ongoing transfer activities."

Kolo Muani's contract with Frankfurt is valid until 2027. It is reported that Frankfurt is seeking a bid of 100 million euros ($108 million) from PSG for the forward's services.

Kolo Muani made the move from Ligue 1's Nantes to Germany on a free transfer in 2022 and experienced a breakout season with Frankfurt, amassing 23 goals and 17 assists in 46 games.

The forward, who was part of France's team in the World Cup final defeat against Argentina in December, conveyed to Sky Germany on Tuesday, "I would like to make the switch to Paris, and I have conveyed my intentions to those in charge."
