Nigeria's head coach, Ojadi Aduche, commented on Ayodele's performance in Saudi Arabia, saying, "She was part of the team some years ago but took a break from the sport due to challenges. I recalled her to the team recently because of her remarkable strength. This outing in Saudi Arabia marks the second impressive performance by Nigerian weightlifters within one week. Our lifter, Rafiatu Lawal, significantly improved her ranking in the 59kg category, and we have high expectations for Joy Eze in the 71kg category. I am delighted with their performances."
