How about the National Assembly passes a bill compelling state governors to organise an annual tourism competition to see who can generate the most revenue

[4] Ondo State – Idanre Hills
[5] Kogi State – Lokoja confluence
[6] Niger State – Lugard’s house in Zungeru
[7] Sokoto State – Dan Fodio’s tomb
[8] Taraba State – Gembu Game Reserve
[9] Bauchi State – Balewa’s mausoleum
[10] Edo State – A recreation of Ancient Benin

If security is provided and these facilities are well managed, is there anything stopping each of them generating at least $10bn annually? Personally, I believe that the way this federal allocation nonsense will stop is by one governor standing up to say that as from henceforth, we will no longer collect it.
