Senator Ademola Adeleke, the newly elected governor of Osun State, has charged the Peoples Democratic Party’s transition committee with devising innovations that will ensure his administration’s smooth transition in November.
Adeleke, who spoke at the inauguration of the 37-member PDP transition committee led by Dr. Muyiwa Oladimeji in Osogbo on Thursday, admitted that the Osun people have high expectations of his administration.
As a result, he stated his readiness to meet their desires, stating that he possessed the necessary skills and determination to face the challenges ahead.
“The people of Osun State expect so much from us because they are going through such difficult times,” he added. They have entrusted us with the monumental task of reviving our beloved state in order to truly serve their aspirations and meet their needs.
“We are prepared to meet the needs of our people.” We have the necessary skills and determination to face the challenges ahead.
“Our administration will be run by and for the people.” Our ultimate guide will always act in the best interests of the Osun people.
“Your task is more than ensuring a smooth transition in collaboration with the team from the outgoing state government; I expect robust innovations and out-of-the-box ideas on how to get up and running by November.”
