I'm immensely thankful," Nnadozie expresses joy over French League's best goalkeeper award
Super Falcons forward Chiamaka Nnadozie has joyfully celebrated her recent award. Nnadozie clinched the National Union of Professional Footballers (UNFP) award for the best goalkeeper in the French women’s league on Monday. Sharing the podium with Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe, who secured the men’s version, the 23-year-old is elated with her achievement.
Previously, the Paris FC shot-stopper clinched the French D1 Arkema version of the award.
Nnadozie expressed her gratitude on social media to everyone who contributed to her winning the award.
"I'm incredibly grateful and humbled by this award. @tropheesunfp thank you for recognizing my efforts. @paristc_feminines, the president, the entire team staff, the fans, and my wonderful teammates. Your belief in me and my work is a tremendous source of motivation."
