The House of Representatives Rivers State caucus has urged the United States Government and its pertinent agencies to conduct a thorough investigation into the helicopter crash that resulted in the tragic deaths of Herbert Wigwe, the Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings, his wife, and son.
Additionally, they have called upon the Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant national agencies to actively participate in the investigation. The fatal helicopter crash occurred near the Nevada border in California. The leader of the caucus, Dunamenne Dekor, issued this appeal in a statement provided to journalists in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State, on Monday.
The statement conveyed, "We express our heartfelt condolences to the Wigwe family and those close to them as we share in the profound sorrow during this difficult period."
